Warranty Information
Gulf Ice Systems, Inc. has a Warranty Department. The department is mainly an administration department that processes submitted claims and part(s) credits at the initial phase of the process. The warranty claims and/or part(s) are then forwarded to the manufacturer for review, approval, and finialized processing. Any related warranty service Labor is usually paid at the end of the process once the factory credit is received from the manufacturer.
