This upgrade kit replaces or eliminates all components for Viper Elite 2, 3, or 4 that use the plastic beater bar. Going forward all newer models will be phased in to using the metal beater bar system as the standard build (See Product Bulletin for details).
Note that none of the components used with the plastic beater bar are compatible with the metal beater bar assembly, including the faceplate. This kit is a complete upgrade that delivers superior durability and easier maintenance. There are many improvements.
