Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We make every effort to provide you with a quality product, but we are aware that items can become damaged in shipping, human error or computer-related issues can occur that may impact your order. 

Our return policy depends on the specific item type and the nature of the issue related to the reason for a return.

Parts and Accessory type items have a 30-day return policy for online orders placed though our Store Portal from date of purchase. These items are required to be returned to Gulf Ice Systems, Inc. (physical address: 7790 Sears Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32514) before we can issue a refund or credit to your account. Please notify us of the reason for the return, along with a copy of your order (to include your order number). Upon receipt of the product or item, we will immediately start the process to initiate a refund or credit to your account minus a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.  Please allow up to 3 to 8 working days for the process to complete.

Equipment type products come with a manufacturer’s warranty and depending on the nature of the defect, it may be repaired under warranty in the field at your request. Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer’s warranty allowances and policies (some restrictions apply per manufacturer’s stated warranty coverage based on specific equipment model). A service request can be placed through our Service Department at 1-800-322-4853, extension 114. Warranty repairs that resolve equipment malfunctions or operational defects, do not require a return and is considered a resolved issue upon a completed repair.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and the equipment is still boxed and uninstalled, we have a 30-day return policy from date of purchase. You must return the equipment at your expense to the Gulf Ice Systems, Inc. (physical address: 7790 Sears Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32514) before we can issue a refund or credit to your account.  Please notify us of the reason for the return, along with a copy of your order (to include your order number). Upon receipt of the product or item, we will immediately start the process to initiate a refund or credit to your account minus a 20% restock fee and any freight charges previously billed. Please allow up to 3 to 8 working days for the process to complete.

There are specific exceptions related to returned products that we may not issue a refund or credit on, such as outbound and/or inbound freight charges related to your item purchase. A Special-Order item which is not part of our common inventory stock that is returned, will be given a refund or credit, minus a 20% restocking fee and applicable freight charges. A deviation in regards to a return fee and/or freight charges may be taken under consideration for unusual situations (example: If we’re responsible for shipping the wrong product from what you ordered, etc.).

We make every effort to provide the best customer service possible and will work diligently to respond to your return request to your satisfaction within the restrictions given per this policy. Please give us the opportunity to assist you with any issues or problems that may occur with your order.
