Unlike the syrup sold-out switch, there is only a single (1) master CO2 sold-out switch supporting the entire unit. It connects directly to the primary gas inlet block to monitor the incoming gas pressure. If the primary CO2 tank goes empty, this single switch will alert the machine to shut down.
