Inspection and Signing for Deliveries
- Upon arrival, inspect the product for any damage.
- Any product found damaged upon arrival must be noted and signed on the carrier delivery receipt.
- Gulf Ice Systems is not responsible for damaged items that are accepted and signed for at time of delivery without notation
Reporting Damages
- All reports of damage should be immediately reported to our customer service team.

Return Period
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged Items
- Damaged items must be signed for upon receipt of delivery.
Return Authorization
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and can be obtained through our customer service department at: 1-800-322-4853.
Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the returned product(s).
- Equipment that shows signs of installation or use is non-refundable.
