Part # 1051231-02 is listed as a TXV for the CIM0826/1126/0836/1136/1137 models in 2018 parts manuals. Additionally, it still shows as an active and available part in Ice-O-Matic’s current list price file. At some point, this item will be phased out with the replacement becoming the primary. If you need the TXV without the kit components, this part should still be okay to use. If in doubt, purchase part # 9151152-101.
After 2018, the parts manuals for these models show part # 9151152-101 as the TXV Replacement Kit to use. Although the later part number appears to be a replacement, part # 1051231-02 is still available. The difference between these products is that 9151152-101 is a complete kit, not just the TXV valve. If in doubt, purchase part # 9151152-101.
