The parts manuals state that this item doesn’t come with the nut and sleeve (# 9091083-03); however, the actual inventory item shows the nut and sleeve included, as per product image. If this is the case, there’s no need to purchase OEM # 9091083-03 when purchasing the water inlet body (# 9091083-01).
