Note: There is conflicting information presented in the R449 remote cooled parts manual for GEM0650 and MFI0800 models. Seeing as this component is unrelated to refrigerant type and is primarily part of the water and ice chute distribution system, the information should be consistent between models.
In the R404 and R290 parts manuals, these two models are shown using part # 9051601-01. However, in the R449 manual it suddenly shows item # 9051601-02. There is no documentation provided by the manufacturer to explain or clarify the discrepancy. It is possible that this is a misinterpretation on our part or an error on theirs.

The HEM models are referenced in the R290 parts manual showing part # 9051601-03 and 9051601-04, but not in the R449 version. Although engineered with shared parts used by the GEM models, the dispensing of hard ice required a different ice dispense solution. Thus the lower ice shoot is different than the parts used by the GEM units.
