Service Dispatch Requirements

Gulf Ice Systems, Inc. provides professional service to repair and service all equipment related to ice making and beverage equipment.  We provide both warranty and non-warranty service either by our service department or by sub-contracted service agent.

In order to provide service, there are some requirements for information needed by our service manager, so he can dispatch your service request appropriately.

1)   Model and Serial number of the equipment is required.  This is to identify type and age of  machine. This allows us to determine warranty status and also allows us to identify sales information.

2)   Type of service call.  Please identify the service request as either a warranty or non-warranty. Note: Keep in mind that even when equipment is in warranty, the type of service done to the equipment may not classify as warranty and you maybe billed.

3)   What is the problem with the equipment.  Our service manager can often determine what is wrong with the equipment based on the symptoms and can prepare any parts needed ahead of time to save on downtime.

Upon receipt of your request for service, a service dispatch request will be scheduled by our service manager and an agent will contact you to schedule diagnosis and/or repairs.
