ICE-O-MATIC Warranty Labor Allowances
Here are the Labor allowances set by the factory for warranty service
compensation. All the hours indicated include the diagnostic time
and actual repair time (diagnostic time cannot be billed separate).
For special circumstances, which require additional time, a special
authorization number must be issued. You must contact the factory
service and/or warranty department to request an authorization number
for additional allowances (1-800-423-3367 or 1-888-349-4423)

- Replacement time for all refrigeration and evaporator components
includes time to replace drier.
- Replacement of individual components in the Harvest Assist Assembly
are to be billed at one hour (see # 6).
- Compressor replacement includes start components.
- Refrigerant recovery fees; Remote = $25.00, Air/Water = $15.00
- One time misc. charge of up to $15.00 when making repairs to
sealed system.
- Replacement of more than one component from the same section
requires the additional components to be billed at .5 the listed
time allowance.
- Ice-O-Matic pays upto .5 hours for travel (.5 times your labor
rate = travel allowance).

Cornelius Warranty Labor Guide for Ice Makers
All repairs must be billed within the maximum guidelines listed
below. Exceptions to these guidelines must be explained fully or
the claim will be denied.
